How Many Pairs Of Period Underwear Do I Need?

To be honest, there's no straightforward answer to this, it all depends on how often you change your period underwear and how quickly you can get them washed and dried. 

But, in saying that I've thought long and hard about the right number of pairs to include in a value bundle and I think six is a great number.

If you wear period underwear as everyday wear or as a menstrual cup backup, then six pairs are ideal. There will be no rush to get them clean before you run out, so you can wash and dry them at your leisure. 

If you intend period underwear to be the only product you use during your periods then six will get you through your cycle if you wash then once midway through. If you find that's too tight a timeframe, then you can always pop back for an extra pair or two. 

What is the difference between the Love Luna Styles?

Bikini Brief - This style of period underwear looks like your every day pairs of pants. They are the prettiest of the three styles with a cute lace trim around the waist and legs. These are great for anyone who likes this style of underwear.

Midi Brief - Great for teens, work-outs, or those wanting a little more coverage than what the bikini brief offers. The Midi style has a slightly lower leg cut, covering your bum a little more and a slightly higher waist line than the bikini briefs. It has a plain design, with just a little detail on the hips.

Full Brief - Great for heavier periods, overnight protection or for women who just like big pants! This style gives you a higher waist band, extra absorbency and has been designed with comfort in mind.
