How to remove stains from your reusable cloth pads

1 - Rinse your cloth pads in cold water and remove as much blood as possible.

2 - Soak your pads in 2 litres of cold water for 30 minutes.

Note:  Blood is a protein that will fix into the fabric if you use hot water.  Cold water is always needed when washing blood stains.

3 - Use a solid laundry soap bar and work soap into the layers of the fabric.

4 - Pop the cloth pads back into the cold water to soak for another 30 minutes.

5 - Rinse the cloth pads and tip out the cold water.

6 - Refill your bucket/sink with warm water and add 2 tablespoons of My Cup's Stain Remover.  Agitate the water to dissolve the stain remover.

7 - Add your cloth pads to the warm water and leave to soak for another 30 minutes.

8 - Wash your cloth pads on a usual washing machine cycle with your other clothes/towels.

9 - Hang to dry in direct sunlight.

Note: Sunlight is the best way to naturally kill bacteria and remove stains.
