Returns Policy

Here at Reuseful, we have strived to stock products that we believe in and would use ourselves. We believe our products to be of excellent quality and want our customers to think the same thing.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at reusefulnz@gmail.com.  We want to hear your thoughts so that we can help in the best way possible.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive your products and they are damaged or faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange.  Please contact use via email to inform us about the issue. You must return the products to us within 14 days of purchase.  Please include your invoice details and a photo of the damage where possible.

Defective Goods

If you have received your products and they have a manufacturing or design defect then the defect must be reported to us within four weeks of the defect becoming apparent.

Changed your mind
If you have changed your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size, please return the product to us, un-used and in its original packaged condition.  We will happily discuss options with you, whether it be for a refund or an exchange.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund of the delivery charges in this situation. Please note we cannot refund products related to health and hygiene if the packaging seal has been breached.

Refunds
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.  If you have any questions or concerns during this time, please just drop us an email.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed once the original order has been received by us and we deem it to be in the original packaged condition to be resold.

Lost Returns
When returning products it is your responsibility that we receive them, with the exception of defective products in which case return fees will be refunded after we have inspected and agreed.  If they get lost during return delivery then we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if we feel that we have been mis-led or if the returned item is not in a resellable condition.
