CuppaCoffeeCup is a NZ business based in Auckland that create lightweight reusable coffee cups. They have several artists who they collaborate with including Glenn Jones, Greg Straight, Janine Millington and Love Lis. The artwork is mostly Kiwiana themed taking inspiration from New Zealand’s wildlife, coffee culture or our sense of humour.
The functional design of the CuppaCoffeeCups themselves have been well thought out. They are lightweight, making them easy to carry around without weighing you down, so that you are always ready to pull it out the next time you order a takeaway coffee. They also have a lid with a drinking hole, giving you the takeaway coffee cup experience you’re accustomed to.
Sustainability is also at the forefront of CuppaCoffeeCups mind. The reusable coffee cups have been made from food grade polypropylene, a plastic that is not only safe for hot drinks but can also be easily recycled.

Are CuppaCoffeeCups Eco Friendly?
In New Zealand alone, about 100-200 million disposable cups are used and thrown away every year! And although there are now many coffee shops handing out eco-friendly, compostable cups, the sad reality is that not many of our councils have the facilities to compost them. So just like all the other disposable cups, they too end up in our landfills. By having your very own reusable coffee cup, not only could you prevent your share of cups from ending up in landfill, but you could also inspire and encourage others to do the same!

How Do I Wash My Reusable Coffee Cup From CuppaCoffeeCup?
Your CuppaCoffeeCup is safe to go into the top-drawer of your dishwasher, however, we highly recommend hand washing your reusable coffee cup as it is less abrasive and will prevent the gorgeous piece of artwork from being slowly worn away. Hand washing your cup will keep your cup looking amazing for as long as possible.
