How To Wash Reusable Silicone Lids/Bowl Covers?

These reusable silicone covers can either be hand-washed with soapy water or simply popped into the dishwasher.

Leave to fully dry before putting away.

Tip: If you notice the covers losing their grip on your bowls, wash with clean running water and some dish soap. Sometimes, especially if you wash them in the dishwasher, you can get a very thin layer of oil build up on them. But a quick soapy wash gets this off again really easily.

How To Use Reusable Silicone Lids/Bowl Covers?

One side of these reusable covers has ribs to grip to the edge of your bowls, tins and fruit etc. Make sure this side is facing your bowl.

  1. Simply choose the size appropriate to what you're about to cover.
  2. Put the cover over one side of your bowl, and then stretch to cover the bowl until you’ve formed a seal all the way around.
  3. Use the little tabs to pull the cover over your bowl evenly all the way around. It will then stay in place until removed.

To remove, pull the tabs to break the air tight seal and then pull off.

Tip: Wipe around edge of bowl, tin or food item to dry any moisture.
If wet the lid will slip and not grip.
