Refunds and Returns

Here at Reuseful, we believe our products to be of excellent quality and want our customers to think the same thing.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me via email at kelly@reuseful.co.nz.  We want to hear your thoughts so that we can help in the best way possible.

 

Damaged Goods

If you receive your order and it is damaged during transit, we will offer a full replacement at no cost.  Please contact use via email to inform us about the damage within 24 hours of receipt. 

Important: Please keep the damaged item in it's courier bag/box so that we can report it to NZ Post.  They will pick it up from you to be inspected and we can be reimbursed.

 

Defective Goods

If you have received your order and it has a manufacturing or design defect then the this must be reported to us within 7 days of the defect becoming apparent.  We will need photographic evidence of the defect in order to provide you with a replacement or refund.

 

Changed your mind

If you have changed your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us immediately.  Refunds or exchanges in this instance will be considered on a case by case basis.

If we agree to a refund you must return the product to us, un-used and in its original packaged condition within 14 days. Please note: you are responsible for the cost to return unwanted items. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund of the initial delivery charges in this situation.

Please note:  menstrual cups, Hannah pads and Period Undies are not able to be returned for any reason due to hygiene, so please choose wisely.

 

Refunds

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.  This is often an issue with our financial services and is out of our hands.  If you have any questions or concerns during this time, please just drop us an email.

 

Exchanges 

Exchanges will be processed once the original order has been received by us and we deem it to be in the original packaged condition to be resold.

 

Lost Returns

When returning products it is your responsibility that we receive them.  If they get lost during return delivery then we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges if we feel that we have been mis-led or if the returned item is not in a resell-able condition.
