      Shipping Information

      FREE SHIPPING - Spend $120 and we'll cover the costs of shipping NZ wide, (including Rural addresses).

      FLAT RATE - All orders under $120 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7.90 for urban addresses and $12.90 for rural addresses.

      FAST DISPATCH - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

      DELIVERY SERVICE - The majority of our orders are processed on an overnight service.

      The only exceptions are South Island orders that do not fit into a courier bag.  These are put on a 2-3 day service.  This is to keep the flat rate shipping fee low.  If you have a time-sensitive purchase, let me know with a note on the checkout page or email me at kelly@reuseful.co.nz.

      NZ POST TRACKING - When your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking details.  You will be able to track your order every step of the way!

       

      Plastic Free Packaging

      A compostable courier bag from R3pack.

      We use compostable courier bags from r3pack or cardboard boxes and wrapping. 

       

      I am passionate about reducing plastic waste.  Especially those that are often used just once!  With this in mind all of Reuseful's orders are packed using brown paper, cotton twine, compostable courier bags or reused cardboard boxes.  All of which can re-used or composted.

      Note: Please remove label and sticky strip on the courier bag before composting. We are still working on finding eco-alternatives for these two things.
