How to use Lunette Cup Wipes?

1. First empty your menstrual cup by pouring any blood or discharge into the toilet.
2. Use some tissue to wipe your cup clean as much as you can.
3. Sanitise your cup with a cleansing wipe.
4. Let the cup dry completely (this only takes a few moments).
5. Reinsert your cup.
